The manager of this location is 1000% an asset to Goodyear and this location. I have never in my life met an employee whos dedication and service caused such customer retention. I return here because of her every single time and truly believe she should be recognized by Goodyear. I would be thrilled to and encourage further contact regarding this location and manager!

I had a flat tire before starting a long trip, so I got towed to the Goodyear shop. They took me in with only a short wait. 15 minutes later my car was ready….I figured I would be paying hundreds for a new tire, but instead they found a nail, patched it up, and charged only $40. I was shocked - in a good way. In short - they were honest and pleasant to deal with!

Absolute awesome service. The lady at the counter was phenomenal. I believe her name is Judy. She was answering calls the whole time I was there. She was solving everyone’s automotive issues. 4 new tires only took 45 min. Thank you

I agree with others here, it's an honest shop. Judy was wonderful gettiong me quotes on an alternator that went bad. Called her at 11am and my van was done by 3 (on a holiday saturday). Mechanic was great and personable as well.
