I had an appointment at 4.00 pm , dropped the car at 3.41 pm and after waiting for more than 40 min my car was still sitting at same place it was parked . Just ' cause I asked for the service they started working on it . First visit, very disappointed 😞 Orlando Lopez .

This Good Year location (11451 Southern Blvd Royal Palm Beach, FL) is the best ever!! Phenomenal service and tires last year for all four truck tires AND this year….a small favor was asked of them, related to a small mechanical issue, non tire related and they got right on it and took care of it in five minutes!!! IVAN AND JUAN are the best!!! Courteous and Professional!!

I was having an issue with my tires and was unsure where to go so when i stopped at this goodyear location and spoke to a mgr. By the name of jim . Once his expert inspection was completed i was very satisfy with the results !! The whole staff there was very kind and knowledgeable !! I Highly recommend and would return to this goodyear dealership !! Thank you again Jim for your professionalism !!
