I arrived for my appointment on Friday, which I scheduled online the day prior, only to be informed that the online appointment system is not regularly checked. While I understand operational challenges, this lack of coordination was frustrating. I then rebooked for Monday (today) in person, but I am now into my second hour of waiting with no clear update. After waiting for nearly three hours, I was finally notified that they could only perform the alignment inspection, not the actual alignment I had originally requested. Apparently, they did not have the personnel available to conduct the service I had scheduled. Worst auto experience of my life. Show up early to my appointment this morning and my truck doesn't get brought in until an hour after my appointment. It was suppose to be a simple oil change with a free tire rotation. 2 hours after my truck was brought in, I finally ask the front desk what was taking so long. They tell me I need a new drain plug and they were waiting on it to get there. They didn't even let me know. Terrible communication with the customer. After they bring my truck around they tell me they couldn't do the tire rotation because of some BS excuse about the tread on the tires (obviously the techs run this place and it's obvious they just didn't feel like doing it). I would never recommend bringing your vehicle here. They are obviously very inexperienced and want to drain your wallet. Brought my truck in a few months ago for a shake. Inspected myself and found carrier bearing throwing grease out and substantial play. The rubber around bearing was starting to look really bad. I was informed by the service manager that all looked great for the mileage it had on it. Told me my problem was my rear brakes and rotors. Well after 3 weeks of normal travel had my rear driver side caliper lock up. Fixed myself and is working properly. Now not even a few months down the road my carrier bearing has gone out.
