I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and recognition for Nani, who has been assisting me and my family with our vehicle service needs for over 15 years at the Wai‘anae location. From the very beginning, Nani has consistently made is feel comfortable and confident throughout the car service process. I am someone who feels uncertain and anxious when it comes to automotive care, and Nani has always taken the time to ease those feelings. I came to goodyear and April Arzadon came to my rescue with my rear brakes after I let some backyard mechanic work on them, she was very knowledgeable and helpful and understanding and compassionate to my situation and what I experienced, every since then I've always returned to her for her excellent services she had and does provide to me. She helps me out a lot and is always ready and willing to help even when she knows that it can be costly to repair the car; whatever is wrong... she advises me of what my options are and makes it to where I can afford to fix my car.... and for that I'm grateful and will always return to her and goodyear for hers and their excellent services!!!! Went to Goodyear Waianae just to check my tire pressure. Was assisted by Peter who went above and beyond by checking and adjusting all 4 of my tires to the psi. Tried to tip him but he refused and just kept saying have an amazing day Aunty! What a good young Man. I'll be sure to take all my business to him in the future. Thank you Peter!
