Late at night I had a flat tire on the freeway & called a tow truck to haul my vehicle back home. The next morning I called Fred at Goodyear, who has been my go to salesman & friend to help me. With no other vehicle to get to the hospital, where my husband was in ICU, Fred lined up a solution to my problem. He drove my vehicle to the Goodyear Service Center, put on 2 new tires & drove my vehicle back to my house. I was able to get to the hospital to see my husband. Fred went, & always does, go above & beyond to provide helpful, friendly service. Much thanks to Fred.

I been to a lot of shops, the service at Goodyear Weslaco is the best by far. The service and the employees are quick, effective, efficient and above all professional! They deserve a raise, I will be letting all my family and friends to come to this location. Best service in the valley. The employees I dealt with were Patricio, Willy and Romeo. They all went above and beyond.

I was having major issues with my tires, and Carlos and Patricio went out of their way to help me. They had the best customer service and showed me many different plans that fit my budget. I appreciate all there efforts to help me and make sure they accommodated me in anyway they could.

Patricio Luna has great customer service. He was really attentive on answering questions I had about the oil change.
