iShine Express Car Wash & Detail

I went to get my car cleaned before heading back home after visiting the valley, and I must say that Seve provided top-notch service, being very helpful and kind throughout. I selected the full detail package and, after parking, went inside to wait while my car was being cleaned. When I needed to use the restroom, the front desk staff promptly directed me to the customer restroom located outside. Unfortunately, the condition of the bathroom was far from satisfactory, which was surprising given the emphasis on car cleaning. The detail service did improve the appearance of my vehicle, although there were some minor issues with cleaning spray spots on the leather and the third row not being thoroughly wiped down, requiring me to ask one of the staff members to attend to it. We started off great and the service and wash was awesome. Then on the 08/14/2025 we went through the wash and halfway through there was a loud thump and shook the car when one of the rollers went over my car. When we finished we went to the vacuum bays, we heard a scrapping sound and when we parked and our back bumper cover was ripped off from one side and bent. We informed the attendant that called the manager, filled a contact form for corporate to call, took pictures. I was told they have a disclaimer that vehicles that are over 3 years, they are not responsible for because of wear and tear. I said, I understand if it was a mirror, radio antenna, after market items, etc., but the fender? So if your vehicle is 3 years or older, good luck trying to get it fixed. Still waiting for corpora

I had a very good experience. Mr. Seve who attended me was very nice and him and his team took such good care of my car. The detail that went into leaving it spotless was amazing. Probably one of the best details I’ve ever received.I will leave pictures below for reference. 10/10 I always come here for a quick wash but I think I’ll be coming here for membership like my husband. My wife got her car detailed and had the clay bar treatment as well. What an awesome job they did. So I went ahead and had mine done too! My Subaru came out of there super clean and better than out the door dealership shine! Thank you Mr. SEVE and the crew at Ishine Express Detailing for the experience.
