I happened upon this location initially for just an oil change, and I am so grateful I did. This location is excellent for maintenance, repairs and customer service. Front desk rep, Mike, is always professional & courteous, takes the time to explain invoices, and has worked to fit me into the schedule when I had a pressing issues in need of repairs. Service techs, especially Jeff, go above and beyond to explain issues, keep me up to date on timeline for repairs, and genuinely care about completing the repairs with precision & accuracy. They’ve also gone above & beyond to offer me rides when my vehicle needs to stay for longer repairs. I came across this place when I picked up a screw in my tire about 8 months ago. I drove about 1/2 mile as the tire was deflating. When I arrived you could see that the sidewalls had been riding on the rims. The sales person informed me that I probably destroyed the sidewall. I know from experience this is what happens when you drive on a flat tire. As far as I was concerned this was a sure thing to replace the tire. Once they took the tire off the rim they noticed no damage to the sidewall. So instead of selling me a new tire at $300.00 it cost me about $50.00 for a tire repair including all the labor to remove & reinstall the tire on my truck. Honest place to deal with. My daughter had a tire go low on air and she drives up and down the NJ turnpike for work. she was able to make it to the shop at 4:45pm, they close at 5pm, but Mike and his team did an amazing job to fix the tire and even worked later than the closing time to help make sure she is safe. I cannot thank Mike and his team enough for helping make sure my daughter is safe to drive for work from the repair they performed. 5 stars for sure

Everyone here is great, especially Mike at the front. Every time I need help I can always count on them. I recently had a tire issue and called them to let them know I’d be able to get there maybe 15 minutes before they close. They were ready for me as soon as I got there and worked to fix it! No matter what I come for, theyre always so quick to help and get me answers. You won’t find better or more caring workers.

I visited the service center through CarMax, where an appointment had been scheduled for an oil change, replacement of a tire sensor, and a new headlight. Prior to my visit, Goodyear contacted me to confirm the appointment, but informed me of a revised start time of 8:30, differing from the original 8 o'clock time scheduled via CarMax. During the confirmation call, I was asked to describe the issues with my vehicle, which I detailed as needing an oil change, a driver's side headlight replacement, and a tire sensor replacement. Despite being at the service center for over three hours, only the tire sensor was replaced. The oil change was not performed, nor was the headlight issue addressed.
