THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called & took my car in on more than one occasion to have the front air checked out. The first time they had it all day & told me it wasn't what they thought so I would have to bring it back. I called & made an appointment to have diagnostics done. Since they were already checking everything, I mentioned the back wasn't getting any air. I had no clue this was two different things, and they sure never explained it. I dropped my car off at 8am. Around 2pm they called me & told me they figured out the back problem & how much it would cost. I told them don't worry about it & asked about the main reason I brought it in. They said they never looked at it & didn't have enough time so I would have to bring it back for a 2nd diagnostic. When I asked why that w

On a road trip for work. Air was dangerously low on our tires. Just needed to fill them before hitting the road. We were told there is NO PUBLIC AIR HOSE. Obviously..... Was just wondering if you could fill them up for us real quick. THANKS FOR NOTHING. The people who say this place is helpful and fantastic must be reviewing the wrong place.👎

I was on the phone and told me open till 5pm. I arrive 4:27pm and telling me we are close which I already pass many tire place which I could done earlier, but did not even hesitate to call other places after deal done with here. Arrive and 3 words" we are closed today" seating 3 people at office looks like bored from doing nothing, but clearly do not want work!!! Use as a last chance to come here

Although they were very busy with road calls, they were able to make sure I got back on the road with 2 brand new tires. Manager was very informative and took the time to explain the difference between the tires so we could make a good discussion on which tires would be better for our trailer.

I enjoy doing my tire business at this Goodyear location. Ken is very knowledgeable and I feel like he cares about my 1 truck operation and he doesn't come across as just wanting to make a sale! He gives me advice on air pressure and the various brands and models of tires he has and wants me to get the most mileage out of my tire purchase as possible. He knows that good service is what keeps his customers coming back for all their tire needs. Highly recommend Ken and the guys at Goodyear on hwy 26 Caldwell. My only gripe is the dirt entrance and potholes. PAVE that thing boys!!
