If you care about your car, avoid parking at this lot if you’re attending the Big E. It’s cheap for a reason. Their setup invites scratches and dings, clearly showing that they prioritize profit over protection. I was instructed to park behind a car that couldn’t exit forward due to an obstruction. When I raised this concern to the attendant, he was condescending and insisted I park there anyway. Sure enough, I returned to find my new car scratched later that night. The next day, I called to report it. The guy on the phone was dismissive, claimed there was no obstruction (a lie), insisted they leave 3 feet between cars (debatable) and said he knows what he’s doing because he’s been “parking cars for more than 20 years” (Sure, Jan 🙄). I've been getting service from these guys for about 15 years and they have always done a terrific job and at a reasonable competitive price. The Manager is always honest and knowledgeable and thanks to him and his crew I feel safe bringing my truck and my wife's car. Finding good honest mechanics can be difficult but we got one.
