I've been a customer here for 20 some years. I've always had a positive experience. Recently I needed help with a check engine light. During the diagnostic the mechanic found more than one thing wrong. They sent me a list of their check-up and prioritized what needed to be done by safety importance. I did not end up signing off on every thing they found that needed to be fixed but I did sign off on their strongest recommendations. I appreciate that they talk to me without any holier than thou attitude and without scare tactics. It's very straight forward and mature. They know I'll come back for the rest when I have the money--they just want to see me driving safe and without damaging the engine.
