Take 5 Oil Change

I stopped by the Take 5 in Missouri City off 1092, and Will and Joe took excellent care of me. From the moment I pulled in, the service was smooth and professional. Joel was out there directing traffic like a pro, keeping everything organized and moving without any confusion. What really stood out was their honesty. I thought I needed a top-off, but instead of trying to upsell me, they were completely transparent and told me I didn’t need it yet. That level of honesty builds trust, and because of that alone, this is the location I’ll keep coming back to. Huge shout-out to Will and Joe — excellent customer service, great communication, and a team that truly looks out for you. Highly recommended. 🙌

My husband and I pulled up to see if I could get an oil change on my Mercedes Benz. On this particular day at 9am all bays were full. Joe came out to us to let us know that there will be a bit of a wait because he was the only one there! I was excited to know that they do oil changes on Mercedes. Joe brought us 2 cold bottles of water. After about a 35 min wait he directed us to a bay. Joe did not once rush on anyone's vehicles he took his time and he knows his stuff. He didnt seem stressed at all. He kept us updated on everything and thanked us for our patience. Someone finally came in at 10am to help him but he still directed the guy on who and what to take care of and made sure we all received everything done from the tires being filled to making sure our windshield wipers were working

I stopped by the location at 1405 FM 1092 Rd, Missouri City, TX 77459, and had an awesome experience. Zae wrote up my ticket and was super friendly and efficient. Aaron handled my oil change and did a great job — quick, professional, and thorough. I really appreciated how smooth the whole process was. Highly recommend this Take 5 location for great customer service and fast, reliable work!

Very bad service spilled the oil on my motor tech didn’t think to use a funnel til the last minute an still spilled oil also they claim it was verified but no oil on dip stick when he showed it to me then he got a attitude he added more oil an it still wasn’t at right level i said don’t worry about it an I went to another take 5 on southmore in Pasadena tx an he top my oil off cuz it was low an they noticed that most of the oil never made in my motor an when I first got to the bad service take 5 I instantly smelled weed

If I could give lower stars, I would. I’ve been coming to this location since they first opened, but after my recent experiences, I will not be returning. The first time I came in for an oil change, they had us switch lanes and then left us waiting for about 10 minutes. As soon as another car pulled up, they took them immediately — without even asking what service they needed — and directed them straight into the bay. After seeing that, I left. I decided to give them another chance the following week, and it somehow got worse. The staff was extremely rude and acted like working on my car was an inconvenience. They didn’t top off my fluids (which is one of the main reasons I come here), and I even had to return because they failed to reset my oil life. Safe to say I won’t be coming back.
