I recently had body damage on the sliding door and rear quarter area of my Honda Odyssey and was initially quoted around $7,000 by another shop for a panel replacement. Gordon's of Torrance repaired it using metal work instead, and the results honestly exceeded my expectations. The body lines look smooth, the paint match is very good, and the sliding door operates perfectly. Ingrid was very helpful throughout the process and kept me informed along the way. I’m very impressed with the craftsmanship of their technicians and truly appreciate the care they put into the repair. Gave them a cash deposit a month ago to fix my door panel. No word after a week. Tried calling. 9/10 times, it goes to msg but no voicemail. I finally got thru and Ingrid told me clips were likely on back order and she'd call back after checking. No word again for over a week. More calls go unanswered with no option to leave a msg. Reached someone who said she had no info but would have Ingrid call. Didn't happen. Called again, same young woman, said Ingrid would call. Nope, no call. I finally went in person to ask for a refund. I presented my receipt and the younger woman told she had no authority to issue a refund. She said Ingrid "should be here, not sure why she isn't". I can’t recommend Gordon’s enough! These days, it’s rare to find a shop where you truly feel taken care of as a customer. We’ve brought both of our cars here for repairs over the past year, and Ingrid, the owner, always goes above and beyond to ensure we’re 100% satisfied with the service. Plus, there aren’t many places that work on Teslas, so if you need Tesla body work, this should definitely be your go-to shop!

I have never been so impressed with an auto body shop in all of my 36 years of driving. Ingrid is extremely honest and fair with pricing and made the entire process of repairing my Tesla seamless. I’ve been there twice and won’t ever go to another body shop as long as I live in this area. I received several estimates from other body shops and they wanted to charge almost twice of what Gordon’s charged. Furthermore, they did a fantastic job!
