Gossett Hyundai

Ok I was headed to another car lot on Covington pike and as I was driving, this nice gentleman named Muhammad waved at me with a nice smile, so I backed up and went to Gossett Hyundai. Mr Mahummad came to my car and asked me was I looking for a car and I said yes. He kindly opened my door for me and the rest is history. Mr Muhammad was so professional and very knowledgeable of his job. He was very patient with me and for that I appreciate him. Mr Mahammad made purchasing my care very relaxing and enjoyable. If I could rate him past 5 stars, I would give him a 10. He is an awesome salesman. If I hear of anyone needing a car, I will most definitely send them to Mr Mahammad. Upon walking up to the building I was greeted by salesman Keith. He was extremely professional and helpful throughout my whole process. The other person that was helping him named Patrick was extremely helpful as well. I ended up purchasing a 2026 Hyundai Venue SE. Thank you so much for everything. I had a great experience buying my car but when I took it in for service recently they scratched the climate control and radio display panel while putting on the new oil change sticker. I'm super paranoid about this because the screens do scratch easily so I have been hyper vigilant about it. I was upset to get my car back realize it was scratched. I contacted them twice about this and no one ever got back to me.
