Our vehicle has been stuck waiting on a back-ordered part for three months following an accident, and it felt like we were getting nowhere, until Roger stepped in. Roger went above and beyond, navigating the complexities of shipping a hard-to-source part from the U.S. to Canada, something that turned out to be far more complicated than expected. He stayed persistent, communicative, and genuinely invested in helping us get our car back on the road.
