I was recommended to Gottschall's after the previous mechanic I used to go to retired. Had to get my car inspected and dropped it off the day before and the communication regarding when my vehicle was ready was flawless. Upon walking in to pick up my vehicle, I was greeted using my name, showing their dedication to customer service. I had arrived very close to their closing time but they were understanding and told me it was no problem. Will definitely be coming back for future vehicle needs!

The family is so friendly and fun. It's like sitting in your living room in a recliner watching TV or talking and heckling. I feel like family there. They also fix a car well and reasonably.

I've been in this area for 25+ years and used many local auto services. Gottschall has been the best for me over the last 12 or so years. Jim and his wife treat us, and our vehicles with quality services at the best price. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing a garage to call home.
