I had a very disappointing experience at Grados Tire Shop. I drove here because it was the closest location to me and my tire was in really bad shape. When I arrived, I was told they were “closed” and was completely turned away without any effort to help or suggest another option. When you’re dealing with a tire emergency, that kind of service is frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend. ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!
Oh my gosh I'm so happy with the service I got here! They were so sweet and helped me right away and when I realized I didn't have cash on me they were like it's fine just come back. Most places aren't so nice like that I feel like, I mean I wouldn't trust someone to come back with money lol so that was real cool of them. Just real nice people. 😊
