We found Derek to be very knowledgeable and honest servicing our beloved Dodge Ram 3500 diesel. We came in pretty stressed, and he was able to diagnose, repair, and get us back rolling. Derek has certainly earned our trust, and we look forward to having him advise us on future maintenance and repairs.

I noticed an an issue with the muffler on our truck during our stop in Grand Forks. I contacted Derek and although he was busy, he invited me to drop by to have look at it. He repaired it virtually on the spot, at a very minimal cost, and we were on the way. I'm finding this level of service is getting very hard to find anywhere. Hats off to you Derek for managing our issue efficiently and effectively...it is very much appreciated.

Not only did he fix the battery, but he also caught an issue with my headlights and took care of it. Plus, he gave me a huge discount since it was my first time with him! Derek helped us out big time while on a road trip! My car was misfiring half way from home and our destination… he got my car in an hour after I called him, even though he was a month booked out. Truly saved the day and the road trip! He even checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly with my car. Kind and caring!
