Can confirm that Red Sierra is deranged. Altho the (German) design of my parents' wheels prevented Zak from completing the job, I will definitely be reaching out when I have need for service on a different vehicle. Zak was professional, on-time, and really tried hard to work around the issues with the wheels on my parents' vehicle. A+ service

Save yourself the time and money, drive across the street to Kal tire because that’s where you will be heading if tire dud runs into any difficulties. He is not equipped with the right tools, What kind of a tire technician doesn’t own a torch??🤔 Somehow a lug nut on my truck got stripped, he messaged me saying he couldn’t get it off and that I would have to go to a mechanic(and still charged me $80 for only doing half the job) then had the audacity to tell me he wouldn’t be able to finish the job till another day(this was 10am)🤯 what a joke this guy is. I went across the street to kal tire, they fixed the problem and finished the job within 15 minutes for less than tire dud.

AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS This guy Zak was rude and threatened us We thought it was open as listed on Google he never fixed our tire and gave us illegal advice It's super cool that tire bud knows how to respond to a Google review but not edit his hours on Google If your store didn't say it was open, we never would have showed up. If your address wasn't listed as a place of business we never would have showed up Maybe if you knew how to run a business it wouldn't have been a bad review we had absolutely no intentions of evading your privacy or showing up when your business was closed too bad we had no idea that your business was closed

Zak fixed my wheel after I hit a rock on a Sunday morning. I don't ever want to hit a rock again, but if I do I sure hope it's around Grand Forks. Excellent service, thanks Zak.
