Easygoing and honest people to deal with. I was interested in a Toyota Prius that they had on the lot. I was able to test drive the vehicle and they even allowed me to take it to a Toyota dealership to get the vehicle inspected which took a couple of hours. The vehicle checked out but had one tire that was almost bare and the rear brake pads would need to be changed in the next 10k miles. These guys went out of their way to put a new set of Michelin tires on the vehicle for me. The negotiations over the price were easy and I got the vehicle for a great price that was way below KBB value. After the sale, they even offered to change the rear brakes for $100 including labor and parts before I drove home. Over 2k miles, the vehicle has not given me any issues and continues to save money on fue

Contacted the business about a car I wanted to purchase. I informed them that I would be getting financed. Once I got there they sent me to a credit union for financing. Once approved the business said it would not be enough. I drove four hours for nothing and I really wanted the car. I wasted my time driving there. After being in contact with the business for over two weeks they let me down.

They straight up lied and tried scamming me.. Had to put a new power steering pulley on my car after it broke down Came to this shop to ask if they could put the old pully on my new pump. The Manger told me "that's not possible without the car here, it has to be installed for the pully to go on" I told himI was strapped for cash and told him towing it here wasn't an option. I knew that was a straight up lie. Then he tried telling me my pully wouldn't be good anyways because it's cracked.. I asked him where because I have already checked the old pully and it was fine.... He points out the weldini mark from when it was made.... I immediately told then I wouldn't be needing anymore advice from them. Amhad was wonderful in helping me understand what was wrong with my car, as well as letting me know what options were available to me. I would highly recommend them if you're needing honest feedback for car repairs or a dealership that's willing to bend over backwards for you! Also they gave my kids sodas and snacks.... #nailedit

I went to look at a car that they listed as clean, specifically asked if it had ever been in a wreck and they said no- it has a clean carfax. When I pulled up the carfax myself the title was salvaged because an insurance company deemed it a total loss. STAY AWAY or at least do your own check of everything and don’t trust their word.
