Grand Battery & Electric

Very disappointed. I bought a battery from them about a month ago and found out it would not work one day at 4:30 pm. Tried to jump it, it didn't work, battery was just dead. Called them at 4:55 to explain what was happening and see if they would be open long enough for me to get there (7 locks away) and the guy who answered the phone said "I'm leaving in 2 minutes and that's just too bad." Got to autozone at 5:09 and they charged my battery for free. Highly recommend autozone on grand.

Highly rated for a good reason!! I went in because I thought my battery was part of my car's issues and was prepared to get a new battery. The gentleman there, David, checked out my battery and said it still had about 2 or 3 years left on it & that I had bad connections. They took care of that issue and I was in and out in 30 minutes! Very good people here!

They are a GREAT business. Changed my RV batterys..4 of them. They did such a good job I went back and had two more new battery's installed. They had to remake the large gage wiring. Great price.
