Took my 2005 Honda Accord in for a transmission fluid change and CV axle replacements, and Ralph really listened to my concerns and made sure everything was done right. They addressed all my concerns, fixed the issues, and even waived some fees along the way. I truly felt heard and valued as a customer. My car drives perfectly now, and the service was excellent!

Took my Odyssey in for 100k service/timing belt. I choose Grand Imports because I knew they were experts and would take care of me. Ian and his team did not disappoint. The service was completed on time, with some extra uncharged work. A few days later I did some of my own work on the car and found an uninstalled screw. We tried to find the mating hole by chat with the shop, but couldn't. Ian drove his technician up to my home in Round Rock to return the screw to its rightful place, right in my driveway! 5 star service! Thanks! We will be back!
