I had an excellent experience with Grand Ozaukee Automotive. Their rates were more than reasonable, especially given the quality of work and level of service provided. What truly stood out was their willingness to stay open later than scheduled to help me out; an example of genuine customer commitment that’s increasingly rare. The team was courteous, transparent, and focused on solving the issue efficiently without upselling. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will absolutely return for future service needs.

Quiet, comfortable, clean, busy but fast and courteous. They inspected my truck and warmly accepted my dog in the passenger seat. They are COVID-19 attentive with complimentary hand gel and ample room to sicial distance if you please. The speed, accomodations, kindness, and professionalism is certainly five star worthy for a home town business. Good job

Horrible customer service. You call their main number and they say there is emission testing from 9:00 until 5:00. However, when you get to the location they have a signed saying emissions start at 12:00 and not 9:00. I showed up on June 24th 2024 at 12:00 and the doors were all locked. I went to the side entrance and there were two employees sitting doing nothing. I asked if I can get my car tested. They told me I had to wait a half an hour. I asked for the manager's phone number and I called him and said that I couldn't get my car tested till 3:00. I have a funny feeling that the two employees that were in the back just did not want to have my car tested and the manager when call did not care about customer service at all. Do not go to this place for any work to be done on your car.

Very helpful. The online booking tool has some bugs for sure: I booked an emissions test online for a Saturday, but they don’t actually conduct emissions testing on the weekend. Still, they helped me out even though they could’ve just turned me away. So I’d give them some grace on their booking issues - technology gets the best of me sometimes too

Not a lot of businesses are offering mandatory emissions testing anymore. I was very happy to hear that Grand Motorsports was! When I inquired, I learned that emissions testing is done on a first come, first serve basis as they do not take appts. for this service. The manager greeted me when I arrived & was very friendly and professional. The process took less than 10 minutes and my car was even sanitized after. I would highly recommend Grand Motorsports for your emissions testing needs... excellent customer service all around! Update: I came back to Grand Motorsports 4 months later and had another wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were able to fix a slow leaking tire for me by patching it quickly after I brought it in. It was also a very reason
