Take 5 Oil Change

Oil Change. Yes they offer you a bottle if water. They also gave me a $25.00 Coupond. Oil change was $57..00 dollars. Then I had a new air cleaner filter put in. They two gentlemen that helped me. They were very Nice. I definitely will be coming back, when I need another Oil Change. Thank you., Janette C.

I hadn’t been to this Take 5 for several years, but took my daughter with her car for the first time. Tristan greeted us with a bottle of water, and was extremely pleasant and polite. He and Wally were very professional and did a great job. Tristan took the time to explain the different synthetic oils and filters to my daughter. I can’t express enough how impressed I was with both these young men. We will be back!

Sunday afternoon and the guys you had working that day were great! Conversational, quick in getting the work done and were super friendly. One of my most memorable Take 5 experiences.

The whole experience made me feel awkward. I was the only car there for an oil change, and they seemed annoyed I was there. That might be because one of the bay doors wasn't working properly, and one of the employees was openly swearing at it. When they took the engine air filter out, they dropped a clip in the engine bay. It took them 10 minutes to find the clip and put it back together. They made it super confusing on which oul they recommended (even tho I told them what I wanted). Then they forgot to scan my coupon, which means starting over. And don't get me started on the misleading mileage reminder stickers to top off oil and check air pressure. You guys can do better.
