Grand Prix Motorsports

I recently purchased my first motorcycle from Grand Prix Motorsports. Ryan greeted me as soon as I walked in, and I told him what I was interested in. I had visited a few other dealerships around Denver and really didn't get the same type of introduction. I had my interest set on a CF Moto 450ss and they are one of the few dealers (that I know of) in Denver that carry the brand. I was very interested but wasn't able to purchase the same day as I was just getting an idea of what the bike would cost and really just wanted to sit on it and get a feel for it. I left the dealership, no pushy sales tactics, I exchanged information with Ryan and was on my way. He followed up a few days later and I had pretty much decided I wanted to buy the bike, and take advantage of the CF Moto year end

I just bought my second bike from Grand Prix! I had the pleasure of working with Rob and Jake. As soon as I walked in the door Rob greeted me right away and took so much time walking around with showing me everything I was interested in. I have looked at other dealerships and have always felt unwelcome. He pulled out multiple bikes for me to sit on to make sure I was comfortable and getting exactly what I wanted. He answered all of my question and never pressured me. He was so patient and made me feel so comfortable. He introduced me to everyone on staff and made me really feel like I was at home. After I fell in love with my bike he sent me off to Jake and had a great experience with him as well! I cannot recommend Grand Prix enough.

Went in today to look at bikes for my friend and was immediately greeted by Rob! His knowledge and professionalism was top notch and the process was so smooth. The entire staff is willing to help with anything. Jake was also great to work with on all the final documentation and processing. I’ve bought 2 bikes from here and I recommend everyone to stop by and check them out! 🤙

So I went in last Saturday and had a terrible experience looking at a bike. They were busy and weren’t even willing to start any negotiations. I walked out never to return. Ryan called me a few days ago and promised to make it up to me and acknowledged that they had failed in gaining my business. I came in reluctantly and I was totally impressed with Ryan. We took two bikes out for test rides, they were ready to go when I arrived. The bike I originally wanted was not as good as the bike Ryan was riding (power and smoothness). I ended up riding that and fell in love with it. The rest of the process was smooth and we walked away with a great deal on a used bike. Grand Prix Motorsports is fantastic and made the buying process easy, efficient, and fun! I was greeted immediately by Rob and they had the motorcycle I wanted in-stock. I was treated fairly on my trade-in and they even picked up my prior motorcycle at my home as an added convenience. I ordered several accessories, which were all expertly installed on my new bike prior to delivery, and the installation technician even took a video of the work after it was completed. The paperwork process was fast and efficient. The pricing was transparent and fair, I got a fair amount for my trade-in, and the whole experience was positive. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Rob and the entire team there.
