Grand River Auto Muffler

Truly the best experience I've had at an auto shop. Sami is extremely thorough, transparent about problems and cost and has excellent customer service. I refuse to take my car to anybody else. Highly recommend bringing your car here you will not be disappointed!

Stopped in the shop and finding it has changed hands made me a little Leary as I had a good experience with the previous owner. Up. I requested a Heatercore flush and that is what was performed. I believe that may have solved my issue. I was advised to bring it back if the problem returns. They got me in quickly, performed the work immediately and called me to let me know the car was done in about an hour and a half. I’m satisfied with the experience.

QUICK, great service. I called previously about getting muffler work done after reading multiple reviews on google and I was quoted a price. Arrived the next morning for services and received a full diagnosis on my truck before he got started. He made sure I was aware of any pricing increase and different options to get my truck back in running condition without breaking my pockets. He was able to unclog my catalytic converter and fix the muffler and replace a missing gasket for a decent price. Truck was fixed in 1 hour. The owner was nothing but kind and straightforward. I developed a noisy exhaust leak that was getting worse. They fit me in on short notice and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem for a great price. Highly recommend!
