While working a buisness route in the area I picked up a screw in my tire. I stopped in and spoke with the owner. He had his mechanic patch the tire right away so I could get back on the road. Very welcoming and accommodating! Thanks again for the help today gentleman!

Do not go there they will rip you off with the prices and say it's the price but it's not and they are not professional the car still wasn't fixed and on top of that they kept adding more money to the price of the car repair. I recommend not to go there. And I just took it to a certified auto shop and they said there is lot of air in my power steering. They said you should a proper machine to get on the air out. the mechanic guy was really nice but this shop is a backyard mechanic. And then the owner called me because I left my other car there to take my other car home because it's not fixed and he said he's going to call a tow truck come tow it away because he was pissed off cuz I wrote a review here. And I got it under recording to. With technology you can record phone calls right away.

I took my car in for work unrelated to any tires. They put a big gash in my tire and blamed the fix a flat that was inside the tire for a year and a half since I bought the car. I called back the next day and said it was suspiciously coincidental and was told by the owner “this is where we are at” later that day Discount Tire confirmed and showed me the hole and said there is no way it is possible to be fix a flats fault. To top it off, the owner then agreed to refund me ONLY if I take down my one star review. Be careful before you trust this place and look at the pic and judge the incident for yourself. If a mechanic couldn’t see that big of a gash, it’s pure negligence.

I went to get an oil change done they told me I needed brakes and rotors but it could wait a little while, they were personable and friendly they didn't try to charge me an arm and a leg or sell me a bunch of things that I don't need.THIS PLACE IS THE REAL DEAL! They treat you like family and their honest if you need any work done this is where I would recommend going it's where I'm going to go and my family is going to go from now on! Thanks Grand stop!

Joey and Frank are the best around. Got the work done and was communicated with in a timely manner. very professional! Best part was they saved me around $1300 by just being an honest shop. Previously to bringing the car to joey and frank, i was quoted a extremely high amount JUST FOR THE REAR brakes, fluid flush, rotors, pads etc. I was able to get ALL 4 brakes, pads, rotors, fluid flush for A LOT LESS than what i was quoted at another shop for just 2 brakes. Ill be bringing my other car there as they have gained my trust. I would HIGHLY suggest you just stop in as they provide free diagnosis and will always just be upfront with you.
