Just go in person... Don't try to get help from any of these people You never will... You can go on the website and see what inventory they have but they don't know if the car is a two-door or a four-door. If you call them they will tell you that they don't know and they won't check. You have to go there in person and then you're going to have to pay to walk the lot yourself and find out. And it probably won't be what you're looking for. It is ridiculous.

This morning I was there needing a hood trunk and an up grill, they wanted to charge me $140, which is an exorbitant price. I told them they were mistaken and they lowered the price to $80. Can you believe it? I don't recommend them, they're charging more than a new part online.

Went to get a used donut spare tire for my 2017 Dodge Caravan. Person at counter said I would have to go look at the cars way in the back and also stated that the tire would be in the back of the car. He couldn't say if they had my year car or the spare tire. . They charged me $ 2.00 and I walked to the area I was shown on their map. No Caravans there. I went back and a nicer person said I wasn't in the right place and took me on a long walk to the furthest part of the lot. There were no 2017 Caravans there and the older ones there ( which I was told by them that the donut spare was the same) had the spare tires still attached to the underside of the vehicle, not already removed and sitting in the back as I was led to believe. The guy that took me back there said I had to remove

Went to find two tail light lens for a 2004 Camry. This is a huge place, cars up on blocks and set in rows by brand. You pay 2 dollars, to walk the lot to find the parts you need. The website is helpful, as you can see the cars in inventory to match yours. They give you a wheel barrow to get your parts and push your tools. I was in an out in 30 mins and came away with two lens that looked brand new and were 60 dollars cheaper than an auto parts store. I will be back if I need certain parts. A very well run business.

If this review was based on customer service I would have given Pick-n-Pull one star but I'm giving them three stars because it's somewhat organized and they have most parts that you're looking for but if you want any help from the staff you're out of luck
