Recently I discovered a crack in the glass in my 37 year old woodstove. I thought I could just order replacement glass from the manufacturer, but they no longer stock this size glass. I started making some calls all around the area, and even considered a few places on the Internet. Fortunately one of the places I called was Granite State Glass in Rochester. The girl I spoke to when I called was unbelievable knowledgeable, but very courteous and professional as well. She was even nicer in person, when I brought the door from my woodstove. The other girl and the technician I spoke to were fantastic as well. Well, I know for sure that if I ever have a glass problem, I will be calling Granite State, and recommending them to my friends. The customer service for this place in Rochester and the Somersworth office is absolutely amazing. They did things that I thought nobody could do. I highly recommend these people for any glass work.
