Real Mitchell's Towing

This past weekend I got my truck stuck on a snowy mountain road about a mile off the paved road at dusk. They were dispatched through my insurance and I could not have asked for better service! They took extra time to approach from both sides of the road since one side was not reachable in the truck they had. When they determined it was not a good idea to try in the truck they had that night they gave me and my dogs a ride home, returned the next day, dug the truck out and drove it to my house for me. They were very easy to communicate with and responsive so I was not left waiting for information. 10/10!

Best battery jump experience of my life!! Tyler and Brooke were not intimidated by my challenging hybrid battery issue and persisted until the car started. They were proactive with communication throughout and didn't leave until my car was drivable. Thank you, Tyler and Brooke!!!! Definitely recommend 👌

My work van broke down on the hour drive home from an overnight job. I called AAA 3 times to try to get a tow. My wife had to get herself and our two special needs children into the car at 12 am to come and get me in 27 degree weather as I had no heat. We waited over an hour for AAA with no updates (the third time). We finally decided to leave the van - AAA said we had to be there to receive a tow. On our way back home after 2 am we got a call from Tyler at Real Mitchell’s. He was polite and caring even at 3 am! He met us at a gas station to get the van key and towed the van without us having to drive all the way back! He was there for us when no one else would take the job. Thank you Tyler for your professionalism 24 hours a day. You helped our family more than you will ever know!

My car was stuck in the snow in a location that was tricky, a bit difficult for the tow truck to get to, but Tyler did it!!! He didn't waste time, was a smart problem-solver, and careful during the whole process. Terrific service! Also, this occured the second day after the two-day snowstorm January 2026. So much snow and Real Mitchell's was slammed with work - so many people needing assistance. I'm so appreciative they came to my rescue in a timely manner.

These guys were wonderful! Stranded two hours from home with a flat tire, I submitted a request for roadside assistance through my insurance company, quickly got a call back from Real Mitchell’s Towing with a very friendly, reassuring person. They gave me a reasonable ETA and showed up exactly on time. Quickly changed my tire and were very professional. These guys made my unfortunate circumstances, turn out to be not so bad after all. I highly recommend Real Mitchells.
