Ethan does great work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again when the time comes. We had two cars detailed, one of them being incredibly messy inside. He spent all the time needed to make sure it came out perfect. The final result was way beyond what I expected! The other car was a typical job, and once again we were thrilled at the final result. Ethan also tinted the front door windows on my truck. There was a small issue with one, it started peeling, but he came back and put a new piece in place. Incredible service and results! Ethan was able to make a car that was VERY dirty look way better than I thought was possible. I’m not even exaggerating, a lot of the stains in the seats were years old, and Ethan went above and beyond to remove each and every one of them, as well as all the dirt, per hair, etc. It looks better than when I bought it. He kept me updated throughout the process, sent progress photos, and was overall great at communicating. I needed my front windows tinted. Ethan was thorough in researching what the existing tint is & brought a couple of samples to compare & make final decisions. Ethan was extremely flexible with my schedule, got me scheduled within two days, & got a time set. He also let me know when he was on his way. He was courteous & kept me in the loop as he worked. Found Graphite through word of mouth with friends in college. I got a full tint done on a 2009 tacoma efficiently, and perfectly. A few months into a hot summer and no issues whatsoever. Came out to my house and detailed my car and did an amazing job for what my car went through after a cross country trip. Got every little detail on the exterior and along with that really friendly and professional. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do, what products he was using, and what they would do.
