Stranded in Connecticut. Within minutes I received a message from my roadside assistance that Grasso’s was taking the tow. 136 miles away. They arrived within 2 1/2 hours and told me I could go about my business. The car was secured in Rhode Island and no fuss. So thankful to Hector the tow driver and Kelly the dispatcher. No one I was visiting in Connecticut even knew or could tell my wife and I were stranded when we went to dinner and a show that evening. Seamless service. Thanks again.

We ended up stranded on the side of the highway at 11:30pm after traveling all day. Our rental car simultaneously had a flat and a battery issue, but José and Kelly really bailed us out. Kelly was super communicative and reassuring while José was on the way, and once he got there José was quick, funny, and very helpful in making sure we were safe and warm while waiting for a ride. I was broken down on 95 with a flat tire and received great service from Grasso’s. The representative answered the phone promptly, was polite and professional, and took all my info. She gave me an estimate of when the tow truck driver would arrive and called me back when he was 5 minutes away. He arrived in less than 30 minutes. Jose was professional, quick, and towed me to my house with no problems. Highly recommend.
