Stopped by to have something looked at that was dragging under my car. Told them we were kinda in a hurry and they jumped right on it. Luckily it was something simple. The waiting area was full of people before us so they didn’t have to get us before others but they got us in and out in like 10 mins. We have been customers for a few years and are always well taken care of. Thanks again Guys!

We were visiting family for Thanksgiving. On Black Friday, I realized I had a flat tire. I did a Google search and found Gray’s. They told me to come in, and I didn’t need an appointment. We only waiting about 30 minutes. The waiting area was nice with coffee and water. I was grateful they didn’t overcharge me, and I was able to go about my holiday plans!

I cant say enough good things about Grays! Ive taken my car here for routine service and never had any issues. They're always polite and quick. Huge shout out to Chase and Rory in Tallassee! I had an issue with my cars dealership, I called Gray's and Chase was quick to get my car towed to their shop and got it taken care of in 1 day! If I could give them more stars, I would!
