They did a good job, it took several days for them to begin work on my vehicle both times I’ve had it taken there, which I understand because they are busy. The first time I had my vehicle taken there for a repair I had to have work completed somewhere else, but they got me going even though they were unable to diagnose all of the issues. The second time I went once they began work the mechanics were quick and solved the problem and the lady working in the office was kind and helpful. I would use them in the future, but only if I wasn’t in a hurry for a repair.

This place is by far the best automotive place I’ve ever been to! The staff goes above and beyond for you and if they have a dealership from Lagrange, GA coming all the way over, you know they’re got a great price and service! They don’t try to tell you that you need all this stuff done to your vehicle that unnecessary either. You won’t be dissatisfied!! Our Jeep and Ford got amazing service and I loveeeeee my new rims! 😍😍

These guys are professional, courteous, and QUICK! their prices are fair and competitive. I've actually gotten better prices for my Excursion's tires installed there than from my online searches. Monday thru Saturday service at it's best. Highly recommend

F-150 wrapped out on ne while parked in a clients driveway. Called Parker and they arranged for a tow truck to collect the truck and driver was there within 30 mins. Didn't have to pay a thing. Towed back to shop and they called to get me know it was fixed within 2 hours. They are in Tallassee, but the tow truck services all of lake martin. If you need a tow, just call Paker.
