Gray's Towing of Flint

I just have to say wow! I did a stupid thing, and drove over a Boulder and got stuck. Jeff to the rescue. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get my car off in one piece. And only charged $125.00. Keep Jeff, he's great !

Horrible place. Charged us 5 hours of work for 45 minutes job. Lied to me that they used crane to move our tractor , when our tractor actually was parked on shoulder, our driver drove it there . Owner told me openly that he will charge me $1200 because I called to ask for an estimate . And he did charge 1200 extra. There’s another $2,500 charge on bill which nobody knows what is for . I was expecting nice people to help truckers , but unfortunately it’s not the case with Grays . Very disappointed that this is happening in Michigan.

I called because I needed a spare tire put on, on the side of the road. The technician was out to me very quickly, was very friendly, and over all.. did a great job. 10/10 would recommend & use them again!

Company was great, they responded promptly, guys were friendly, and gave us all of the options to fixing our problem. Our boat was rear ended and they were able to lift it up, fix the trailer, and get it towable again.

I’m not sure the name of the sweet sweet man that helped me yesterday. I lost control in the rain and ended up in some bushes. He was fast to get there and was so sweet helpful and fast. THANK YOU SO MUCH😭🤍 !!!!!!! 10/10 services
