I took my daughters mini in for a footwell module recall and was told that it wasn’t the footwell module it was cut wires. I asked if they would change the oil and I had approved an outside electric Component to be replaced. I was told the car was ready to be picked up. My daughter and mother went to pick it up and they released the car without verifying with me the owner that that was ok and then a few days later when I hadn’t gotten a bill I texted the rep that I needed to pay my bill he said you have no bill I said why ? He said they didn’t do the work. I said why ? He said because he couldn’t talk to me on the phone?! Ok I was at work and couldn’t take calls but I could text and email. He also didn’t mention that to my mom and daughter when they went to pick it up. Grays

I was originally scheduled for my 1,200 mile break in service at BMW of Asheville (which is 1 1/2 hrs from me) but they called me 10 mins before my appointment and said they didn’t have the fluids needed for my car. I purchased my car 4 1/2 hrs away from where I live so I was unsure who to go to for service locally. So I called Grayson BMW of Knoxville and they made me an appointment that afternoon. When I arrived, James greeted me and was very friendly and professional, as was all the staff. They had a very comfortable waiting area for us to sit while waiting for my car to be done. They also have snacks, drinks and a Starbucks coffee machine to help make the wait even better. After my car was done, James was very helpful and explained everything to me about my service that day and future

I always receive top notch service at Grayson. From basic oil changes to major engine issues, I know my 4 series is being well taken care of. Hands down, the best place to take your BMW!

I had a great experience with Grayson BMW. Everyone is very friendly, and they have a huge selection of vehicles to choose from. I leased a new BMW x3 series and so far, I am very happy. I worked with Joshua McDonald and he gives excellent care to all his customers. The leasing and finance guys are great to work with, too. The atmosphere is great, and I saw everyone being treated in a professional and timely manner. I recommend coming here for your car needs!

I am a Grayson BMW customer. I bought my vehicle at this dealership. Had a coolent pump issue that needed replacing, I was out of warranty, and could have had it serviced somewhere else. I did not. Matt is my service advisor, always taken care of me. Dan is the service Manager, he also made sure everything was up to par. I know everyone at this dealership and they know me. I feel very comfortable and they treat me right. Look at that Beauty. I love my Car ❤️
