Huge thanks to Graziano Collision for helping me through a really stressful situation. My Jeep ended up being a total loss, but they made the process so much easier. They helped with the tow, dealt directly with the insurance company, and explained everything along the way. Super responsive, very professional, and clearly know their stuff. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a collision shop they can actually trust.

Received my car back like it came out of the showroom. Not only did they fix the damage from where I was hit but they removed A scratch from the hood of my car that I made shoveling snow one year. They even washed and waxed my car before giving it back to me. Most importantly they were so nice and kind to me. Set up the loaner car with Allstate and I did not have to make one phone call. Ron Graziano runs a class act. Super grateful.

I had come across Graziano's Auto Collision through a recommendation from a friend whose family had been going to them for years after I experienced a fender bender on my brand new car. The entire staff was super knowledgeable and professional from the point of dropping my car off and picking up after it was done. They fixed it up and made it look brand new! The most important part about this place is the customer service and family like feeling which honestly sets them apart from other places. They're destined for success because they do such a great job and I would recommend everyone to ONLY go to them!

Excellent service, wonderful people, and fair pricing. I had a dent in my car that needed to be repaired before a lease turn in. I took it to several other auto body shops, all of which made a big deal out of how the entire panel would have to be taken apart, repainted, put back together. A big deal with a very big price tag. I stopped by Graziano and Ron took a look and told me he would do his best to pull it out without any major work. He could have tried to oversell it and turn it into a big job, but he gave me an honest opinion and a very fair price to get the dent corrected. These guys value their customers and would rather do the right job than make an extra dollar. I'll definitely be back next time I have the need.
