I’ve had a variety of services carried out at JRS. Several of them challenging/lingering issues on an older vehicle. The team at JRS has always been thorough and honest, solving these problems the right way. One in particular was misdiagnosed by others as a transmission issue, Roch correctly identified a belt tensioner as the problem, solving it at a fraction of the cost and time. Great team, great work, I drive out of my way to use this shop.

My 2018 Ford Escape started making a very scary noise immediately as I began driving, I went to JRS upon recommendation and immediately got a good vibe. Erick and the team were incredible in every way. It's extremely refreshing in this business to till have HONEST men. I had a motor mount to be replaced among a few other issues. Erick communicated with me every step of the way, was very honest and fair not to mention fixed the issue. I highly highly recommend.
