Very efficient oil change! Got to stay in my car! Daniel K even put on my wipers I had purchased from Costco at no charge. Majority of their team is out sick, so just the two of them working 13 hour days- I would have never known had I not asked how I could tell his boss he did such a great job! Stellar service. Came in for an emergency oil change and Daniel and Kevin not only received me 4 minutes before closing time, but they fixed my bumper at no extra charge (it needs to be replaced but they made it so it doesn't drag anymore), gave me a great price for the oil change, and then after the transaction was over and they found out (through small talk) that our car wouldn't start this morning, Daniel went ahead and offered to check our battery and check engine light at no extra charge. When he found the code responsible for the check engine light he cleaned off our gas cap in hopes it was responsible for the leak the engine indicated was there and told us to keep an eye on the light to see if it disappears within the next couple of days. After a horrible interaction with the manager David at the Timp Hwy Grease Monkey, our family is looking for a new place to get our cars serviced. I decided to give the grease monkey in American Fork a try. I had a great experience with the team at this location. They were very friendly and got my oil change and emissions done within 15 minutes. They explained all of the recommendations without pressure to purchase and answered all of my questions with detailed explanations and proficiency. My family has found a new go to for oil changes and emissions!

The BEST service and the FASTEST! They changed oil, but check everything, came and told me about findings AND ASKED IF I want to do “this or that” during my visit there - I was the ONE DECIDING IF I want, comparing with other places where they just give you a bill, sometimes three times more that was expected!
