Grease Monkey

My sister brought her vehicle in for a routine oil change. During the visit, she was told the rear brake pads were worn and agreed to have only the rear pads replaced. When she returned to pick up her vehicle, she was handed a $700 bill. At no point was the full scope of the work or the total cost clearly explained and approved before the repairs were completed. That is not how professional service should operate. Customers deserve clear estimates and explicit authorization before additional charges are incurred. It is deeply concerning when a customer walks in for a simple service and leaves with a bill several times higher than expected. Situations like this raise serious questions about whether proper communication procedures are being followed, or whether an unsuspecting female custome

I can’t say how thankful I am for the awesome two me at Grease Monkey! I got a tune up there on my grand caravan and they did amazing, so when something happened with my car the first place I went was here! They fixed my van up and were always helpful. They’re extremely kind and I couldn’t thank them enough for all they do. I hope they have an amazing holiday!

Very quick and knowledgeable staff, treated me and my questions with care. Went above and beyond with what I've previously experienced at such places when wanting to know about my cars issues at hand. Cannot say enough of how thankful I am for their help with my car. They have been taking amazing care of my vehicle for 2 years. Always get me in and out and are so friendly as well as knowledgeable. Never tried to get over on me. 10/10!

Today, I scheduled an oil change for my Duramax at approximately 11:40 AM. Unfortunately, I encountered a significant delay. One car was being serviced, and I had to wait in the lobby for an attendant. It became apparent that either the staff was unwilling to work or the grease monkey was receiving compensation to ignore customers. To address this issue, I have decided to take all three of my vehicles to Benny’s on Airline. Benny’s is known for its attentive customer service, even when there are several cars ahead of us. This experience reinforces the importance of prioritizing customer satisfaction best luck for grease monkey buisness they need better workers.
