I had a great experience at Grease Monkey in Gastonia! The team provided outstanding customer service and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. They were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was how honest and helpful they were. It’s clear they truly care about their customers I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for dependable mechanics and excellent service in Gastonia. I’ll definitely be coming back!

TJ the manager at GM and his team did an amazing job…. Even though my jeep “failed” inspection the first time… they were kind and told me exactly what I need to do and didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary stuff.. Young guys great manners and very knowledgeable. And a NICE CLEAN bathroom:)

They were professional and nice. Got our vehicle in and out in a timely manner for getting 4 tires replaced. Will be back in a few days to have 5 tire replaced

I stopped by close to closing time in need of getting my head light bulb changed that had went out. TJ and Blayne both stayed after closing to help me and were both great! A big thank you to both of them for helping me, and being willing to stay after to do so!

Super friendly and good people to work with. A was pleasantly surprised. For a small place that could have simply been focused on getting cars in and out, they sure did a nice job of treating customers really well. Keep up the good work.
