Stopped by right at 5:00 PM and was the only customer there. The guys were professional, and friendly as usual, and provided a very positive experience. The one added value this location provides is a full complementary car wash which my vehicle desperately needed. One thing I try to do is run over to Walgreens which is right next door and pick up a few Arizona drinks for the fellows working. They're only .99 cents each, but the guys are very appreciative, especially on hot days. You might consider doing this as well...being nice to these hard working folks doesn't have to cost much

Popped in Thursday for my oil change and had a great experience. I was helped and greeted right away and was in and out of there very quickly. I found a $20 coupon online which they accepted AND I received a free car wash which my car desperately needed!!! Apologies for not remembering staff names but this Grease Monkey is where I will always take my Subaru. Friendly staff and quality work. I will be back!!

I stopped in on a whim to get an oil change anticipating a long wait and quite frankly had been putting off getting one because of previous experiences, however Jeff was able to get me in right away, service my car quicker than I expected, and was so incredibly kind and helpful. The entire experience exceeded my expectations and I feel foolish for dragging my feet before. If only I had known how easy Jeff was going to make everything. 100/10. Could not recommend Jeff more. Will be a repeat customer.

Had a nice experience here. My tech was Mike. They came and showed me my filter and said it looked pretty clean still. Said they there were some recommendations but nothing crazy important. I feel like shops sometimes tell you unnecessary items to fix immediately and they didn’t try to upsell me at all. My car has almost 350,000 miles so I was shocked but I will def be back!!
