I returned to this place because they aired my tires more than once as a free courtesy. Grease Monkey was not my regular auto shop. Every employee there has always been helpful, respectful, courteous and informative. Yesterday I decided to make a switch to Grease Monkey 🐒 I'm satisfied with my choice.

NO STARS! I arrived with a promotion coupon EMGG50 for 50% off and was told that they didn’t have any oil except full synthetic. I was charged 89.99 for full synthetic instead of 49.99 for conventional and was misinformed by the manager that if I chose the synthetic oil, that it would be fine to use conventional next time. He also told me that a thicker viscosity of 10w would be fine for traveling up north for the holidays in frigid temperatures. Your employees need better training, especially the management. I will not be doing business with Grease Monkey in the future because of this situation. Do better for your employees and your company. This is unacceptable.

The young fellas that took care of me were amazing, they went out of their way to help me. Beyond excellent service. Thank you both so much.
