Very quick and efficient. Printed out suggested work to do on my car based on my mileage, but wasnt pushy or trying to over sell me like some car places do. Honored my online coupon as well. Very kind and professional staff!

I do a lot of Google reviews. Majority are always 5 star reviews. My employee got an oil change on Dec 12. A few days later check engine light and low oil light kicked on. I took it to my mechanic whom has been in business for 40 years. He found a broke sensor and oil all over the place. The fix cost me another 250.00 on top of the 184.00 I paid to Grease monkey. This manger did nothing but take my name. He then said he passed the information on to his supervisor whom had never reach out. I even emailed twice my receipt to customer care they have done nothing. Truly all I wanted was for them to make things right. Mistake happen and when they do they should own up to it.

I have taken both of my Jeeps to this location. They were efficient, and I had great, friendly service. My Jeep does well driving in the mountains and during long distances after services here. Josh and Peyton are very helpful and provided great service today. Thank you!

my boyfriend took our cars to get an oil change from this location and they were amazing. payton did a great job with the oil change and keeping us informed on what needs to be done on both our cars. i had to return a week later because my drain plug was not secured tight enough, but josh craig and the manager (i forgot his name) were very quick to solve the issue and filled my tires and filled my washer fluid. they were very helpful, very friendly, and my boyfriend and i are very happy with their service.
