The Good: The staff were friendly and greeted me with a smile. Customer service on the surface was polite and welcoming. The Bad: Unfortunately, the experience quickly started to feel like walking into a used car dealership. There was constant upselling at nearly every step, which was disappointing and made the visit feel more like a sales pitch than a service appointment. The Horrible Part: I was shown both my engine air filter and cabin air filter. I told the technician that I would replace them myself since it’s a simple task. The engine filter was a bit dirty, but the cabin filter was extremely dirty with leaves, debris, and dirt in it. After I declined the service and said I would handle it myself, the technician put the cabin filter back into the vehicle exactly as it was shown to

I was running low on funds after a few weddings and grandbabies…then my car broke down…so my family let me borrow their “oldie but goodie” vehicle. It needed an oil change, and I knew exactly where I would go. Grease Monkey always makes it right and will not try to “over sell” services when it’s clear that all I came for was to get good ol “Bessie” an oil change. I’m always impressed with these guys (and gals) as they make it tolerable and not a “chokehold” on my budget. Thanks again, Grease Monkey!!!

The team at Grease Monkey was professional and treated me with respect and kindness. They didn’t try to talk me into services I didn’t need and made sure to check in with me during the services I didn’t need let me know how things were going and what they’d found. I highly recommend them for oil changes, brake services, and transmission services! I will definitely be going back for my next oil change!

They were super quick with my windshield rock repair. I loved that they were open on a Saturday morning. I pulled right up and it took less than 20 minutes. Everyone was super kind and I truly didn't have to do anything. They even wiped down my other windows while working on the repair!!
