From start to finish we always have a good experience. This was made it even better, because we dealt with Robert! What a sweet guy!! Not one to treat you like a simple person when it comes to mechanics. Truly appreciate his care!

Ryan is the best. They’d just closed but I needed an oil change to get out of town early the next day. He opened back up and got me on the road. Only place I’ll get my oil changed now.

Always get great oil change service. I have been coming to Grease Monkey for years. They alerted me to a leak on my minivan that needed repair by my mechanic. Now my car will continue to run for many more years

Well I’ve been a taking me fleet vehicles here for almost 8 years now and I think that stops after my last oil change. Left the shop and Started home and my engine overheats on I-90. I check under the hood and the coolant cap is up by the hood latch. Coolant everywhere. They came out after a rather long wait because “the manager took a while to come in and cover” to bring more coolant and didn’t bring enough so he put water in it. I had to drive back to Sheridan where they flushed it and refilled it. They were apologetic and nice about it but that doesn’t change the fact that this happened and the $60 of groceries I had bough all melted and warmed up. I’m still shocked by the whole experience.

Huge rave to Grease Monkey!! Didn't even think to check my tires prior to snow & after snow realized they were bald! Spoke with Devon down there and he was very knowledgeable with options and all the questions I had. I had reached out on Tuesday & ordered the set. They showed up today and I was able to get same day service!!! I don't remember who did the service but i think his name was Kent or Ken maybe? Way to go Grease Monkey! PS: The prices are killer too!
