Efficient, great communication, not pushy. I had my oil changed, air filter replaced and tire rotation performed. Clean shop and even enjoyed a complimentary coke on the short wait.

First time trying to schedule an appointment with this company for an oil change for one of my vehicles. No prices available, rumors online make me think they are about twice what the dealerships charge for the same service. Most places advertise at least the base-price for their basic service. This makes me think the rumors may be right. I sent an email asking for a price range and have not heard back yet. Waiting for a response, then my rating may get adjusted.

2 cars in front of me, sat for an hour before they got me in. It was a Saturday mid morning- the guy wasn’t super clear on pricing, I’d been there before so I knew they were over priced and don’t top you off for free, but he was not very friendly and annoyed I wanted to stay in my car and not sit in their tiny little waiting area. Only went there out of necessity. Last time was a much better experience, got a receipt, sticker and some Oreos, this time I only got a print out. No sticker, which for my truck is preferred.

Fast service with a smile. The mechanic was super friendly and walked us through the process professionally. Wait time was low and time in bay was quick. Definitely worth the cost and you can stay in your car while they work. Inside was clean with drinks and coffee for customers.
