Grease Monkey

This was my 1st time coming here & I had a good experience. They were very nice & friendly. The place is very clean. They have snacks for you while you wait as well. The service was even fast. Marcus Fish was awesome

EXCELLENT WORK! For me these guys at the standard! After a busy day at work, I hurried to Grease monkey on Watson Boulevard in Warner Robins just 10 minutes prior to closing. I expected to set an appointment for the next day due to the time. I was met by the Lead Mechanic Tyrone and the shop Manager Marcus, who stated that as long as I got in even if it was two minutes prior to closing, I would be taken care of. They immediately got to work on my vehicle. I was in awe at the professionalism and attention to detail by these two. I was told of any problems with my vehicle and shown a video as well to explained what was needed for and problem areas; not just handed an invoice like so many other places I have been in the past. I came to Grease monkey to get an oil change 3/4/26 & they moved really fast I was in and Out in less than five minutes. Marcus the manager was really helpful in telling me about all of their promotions and Sales that they have going on. They even vacuumed my car and I was able to get a free car wash with each oil change. I will definitely be coming back.

The customer service was amazing, very grateful to have had Marcus work on my vehicle. He definitely took care of what I needed and didn’t try to get me to pay for unnecessary services. Definitely will be back.

Great and fast service! Mechanics weren’t pushy about trying to upsell services or anything like that. Check their website for coupons. Would highly recommend!
