Grease Monkey

Great experience at Grease Monkey today. Quick oil change, no upsell (someone is always trying to get me to change my cabin air filter - but not today). Cody was great and only suggested a service that I suspected I needed, and he provided a coupon. Good price on their synthetic oil, also. Painless.

Chris was so friendly and transparent with the repairs he made on my van. Made me aware of other issues to monitor without upsell. I found a friend that cared about concerns and he solved them with a thorough knowledge of his skill. Truly recommend this place and his boss to others.

I was greeted cordially by Andy who listened closely to my car’s needs and then escorted to the waiting room where the coffee and amenities were pointed out. Andy kept me informed about the progress with my car’s service. Later, when the car was ready, he presented the bill gently, and thanked me for coming in. The service was successful; the car runs better than ever, and I think the price was very reasonable. Also a successful tune up.

I took my car in for an oil change, and every time I visit, I receive truly exceptional service. Andy, the manager, always greets you by name and makes you feel welcomed the moment you walk in. His professionalism and friendly attitude set the tone for the whole shop. The team works efficiently, explains everything clearly, and never tries to upsell you on unnecessary services. Their prices are affordable, the service is consistent, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend Grease Monkey, and especially Andy and his team, for all your car maintenance needs!

Quick oil change! No high pressure sales for other items. Given a list of manufacturer recommendations based on my vehicle’s mileage. Very polite and friendly service by Cory/Cody (?) wed afternoon at 2. No one was there so it was quick! Just be aware of additional fees shop, filter, oil system cleaner, etc. added like $40. to the original price of oil change. Grease Monkey is good for sending out coupons to help! Great service!
