We purchased a used Keystone Raptor 362Toy Hauler from salesman Damian. Damian was great to work with and took care of our needs. As we went on our 1st camping trip 2 months later, we found some small mechanical issues that needed attention from the dealer. Damian worked with my wife over the phone and got us in as soon as possible and kept us on schedule for our Florida vacation. The morning we arrived to have the repairs taken care of, Damian was out sick but the sales manager stepped in and had the service department take care of our needs. Everything was completed in a very timely manner and got us back on the road with minimal downtime! I will definitely recommend Great American RV Superstore for your new or used RV needs. WITHOUT A DOUBT, this is one of the most customer service oriented, and comprehensive RV dealerships we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! The sales staff, especially Mark Martin, is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They have an incredible selection and take advantage of the multitude of stores to get the best prices imaginable. We had thought about driving to Houston or another big city, but they were able to guarantee the prices because of the chain of dealerships and we had no reason whatsoever to go or drive anywhere.
