Take 5 Oil Change

Ms. Shantell was so sweet and helpful. Jersey and Jakoby worked very efficiently and did a great job. The new gentleman they were training was also very helpful and did a great job assisting the process as well. They are all so friendly and always get the job done in a timely manner. Love going to this location. Great, fast, and friendly service. Don’t plan to do my oil changes anywhere else

This was a very customer oriented experience. Lynda, the assistant manager, was informative and did a great job explaining the services and options that Take 5 had to offer. She was such an interesting conversationalist, I almost forgot I was there for business. She knows the in’s and outs of the take 5 system well and how to present them. The technician that assisted her was in training and she did a great job leading him through the process while interacting with me at the same time. She deserves a raise..or a promotion.

Oh my Jersey and Jacoby were the absolute best. I've have a ton of oil changes in my days but I've never experienced customer service like I had today. This was my first time going to a Take 5 I live in Breaux Bridge so I decided to try them and wow am I glad I did the 2 of them worked together so professional and explained everything to me and answered my questions about the oil change that I had concerned about. We need more young men in the workplace like the 2 of them when dealing with the public they were Awesome.

They did an Oil Change, Oil filter change, air filter change, and A/C Filter change. They showed me how much Oil I had before and after. They also showed me the before and after of my filters. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't like was that I asked them specifically to fill up my wiper fluid and they did not. They were more focused on trying to sell me new wiper blades but didn't even fill up my wiper fluid.

Great first experience at Take 5. Both the manager and technician were very friendly and welcoming. Quick service!
